The report outlines which vehicles were not filled with the fuel last month, the date the vehicle was added to your fleet and the date the vehicle was last filled.

If some of the vehicles in your fleet were not filled with fuel within the last month, an exception report can be generated to notify you. The report outlines which vehicles were not filled with fuel within the last month, the date the vehicle was added to your fleet, and the date the vehicle was last filled.

Possible reasons that there were no recorded fuel fills within the last month

  • The driver(s) is using the wrong fuel card or a credit card to fill the vehicle.
  • The vehicle is being filled from an on-site bowser or fuel storage tank.
  • The vehicle is not currently in use.
Actions to take if there were no recorded fuel fills within the last month

  • Discuss with the driver(s) of the vehicle, if and how fuel is being purchased for the vehicle.
  • Investigate the reasons for low vehicle activity and consider redeployment within your fleet.
